TLDR: Future customers be warned that your preferences are not respected here. I love the sandwiches here. HOWEVER today we experienced 100% unacceptable behavior by the chef (I believe the owner) in the back. My friend, who unfortunately lost her voice, ordered a sandwich through the notes app on her phone to the girl at the desk. Her order was an Italian with diablo and liverwurst.
