Dr. Smith went above and beyond to try to get the care my father needed and to try to solve an issue that he's been dealing with for over 3 years. Every other doctor we have met with just wanted to write him off, and treated him very dismissively, presumably because he's 94. But Dr. Smith was diligent and caring and made sure to even call me and discuss things in great detail so that everything was understood. I went to the office for an appointment. They gave me an appointment for July 17th. Today they called me to cancel it. That's bad service. They gave it to me on August 14th. When I explained that my father was sick, they didn't care.
