I am relatively new to this practice and it is far away from my home. My physician, Kathryn Syed, MD now works with this office and I don’t trust anyone else with my medical needs. I was please by the clinic. The front desk staff was friendly, the medical assistant was also very friendly. Being that Dr. Syed is the only physician (outside of a specialty) I will allow to treat me, I was worried that I would have issues with insurance, distance, professionalism, office cleanliness or anything else that could happen. All the staff are excellent: I feel like I’m not just a patient, but a person who is valued. I walk in and Jada greets me with a smile. Terrina and Danielle are so kind and thoughtful. They make me feel comfortable even when I am not at my best. And Dr Threw! I have not had a doctor as amazing as he is! He really cares and listens. No matter how busy he is, I feel like I am the only person in the world right then. He takes the time to answer my questions and concerns.
