I have been seeing Dr. Syed for three years. I choose to see her even though she is out of network for me. You can't place $ on our relationship. In the last four years, I have had 2 heart attacks, a stroke, pancreatic cancer and am in stage 4 kidney failure. She basically coordinates my routine treatment around my other issues and is by my side should I need her.
I had seen Dr Baula for years and he retired and I saw Dr Threw and he left and I saw Dr Syed and I had no problems with the doctors but the office staff is another story. Today I was told that I had a past due co payment from January of 2025. That's almost 2 years ago. I paid it with my copay for today. When I questioned it. Because I checked my bank statement there was several payments. The clerk at the desk appeared that she didn't want to be bothered.
