Dr Giannotti is amazing, his front desk staff could be a little kinder but we're not going to talk about them. He does amazing work and my three different surgery occasions everything went well healed as planned and left almost no visible scars. He is a super busy doctor but I am always able to come in and see him when it's needed. I have been seen by Alicia and she is great as well. Great Job you two.
Couldn’t even get in touch with the office (because of the network scheduling system) to schedule a follow up appointment after surgery. Was given a follow up call personally by Dr. Giannotti and was able to secure an appointment. Thank you for all you do!
