I've been looking at a possible home to purchase in Northern Texas, kind of looking at Arlington TX. Everytime i have found the most elegant of homes, most well designed, most well laid out. (Not many available). Not surprised. I've asked my realtor, who is that builder. Same answer each time... GIOVANNI. Looking at their web page, creativity is remarkable. Just saying... Planning to move in next 12 -16 months... This is clearly a top of the line Builder!!!
We recently had our pool remodeled by Giovanni’s Custom Pools, which included extending the pool deck, adding a concrete overlay, replacing the tile and coping, replastering the pool and having several pre-existing pool equipment issues fixed.
