I recently brought in a gold ring to be resized, along with another ring that needed its gemstone retainer prongs reinforced and a bracelet that needed the clasp repaired. The store has a pleasant display, and the jewelry does catch your attention, but the overall experience didn’t sit right with me. The staff were polite, but I didn’t feel they were fully transparent when I asked about pricing and quality. I kept hoping for clearer answers, but instead I walked out more confused than when I entered. It honestly left me a bit disappointed because I wanted to trust the place.
