I went with my wife. Dr. Figueredo made my wife feel very comfortable. She listened to my wife's concerns.
There are not enough good things to say about the whole Houston Methodist Hospital System. Everything just works! They are efficient, smooth running and provide the best care at every level of specialty that can be found on this planet.
Dr. Figueredo is so wonderful. She really listens (I never feel rushed) and addresses your concerns. Her nurse is awesome, too. The office staff is always so pleasant and helpful. another wonderful thing is, this office really seems to run on time, much more than any other doctor’s office I have ever been to, which is so considerate of the patients. They are the best!!
Staff overall is friendly. But the overall turn around time for documentation is ridiculous. We have been inconvenienced with having to reschedule the initial appointment, to emphasizing documentation needing to be done within a reasonable amount of time. To now having her appointment with no clearance available. Not only is it eating into her day but it is also eating into her current appointment time that is crucial to her health.
