It is such a pleasure to work with "Goey". She goes above and beond to make sure that I don't have to worry about my rental. I love when I follow up with her on something and she responds that she has already taken care of it. She allows me to focus on my crazy to-do items knowing that everything dealing with my rental property is being handled. Let me just say I love Giovanna. This is my second time using her but my first home purchase. Each time has been great. I just closed on my first property and she helped me get the right team.
