I called to see about getting a gift card and I was told by someone at the restaurant that I could come in on Christmas Eve and get a gift card for a Christmas present. Called over there before I went, and a person answered the phone and rudely told me that no, they weren’t selling gift cards. I explained that I was told I could come today. Still No explanation was given, just said no not today and hung up. Their loss, will take my business somewhere else. Not sure why anyone would turn down business like that
The whole operation is top-notch. We were greeted at the door and escorted to our table. Everyone was aware that it was our anniversary and made sure that we had a fabulous evening. The manager and even Papillon himself stopped by our table to check on our experience. Everyone was cordial and inviting. The food was divine! We loved the meatballs appetizer. Sat downstairs. Delicious food. Great wine specials on Thursdays. Papillon always comes to greet us! The French onion soup is my favorite!
We had a FANTASTIC experience at Papillon’s for a friend’s birthday. The attached bar next door was the perfect place to start the night while waiting for all our guests to arrive. The staff was very attentive, from our server Megan, to the manager Iesha, and even the owners came out to greet us! The food was delicious, definitely order the steak tip risotto! Drinks were also top notch. I cannot say enough great things about this place!
