Giovanna is a wonderful therapist, she knows perfectly well how to make you feel at ease and to create a safe place environment in order to be able to open yourself and to talk about your needs, and worries. She shows real interest, as well as empathy. One of the things I noticed is how the use of her voice calms me down. There's a poem of Marianne Williamson, that She is the living existence of this quote: "And as we let our own light shine, We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same." Thank you.
