I just cannot believe the way my issue is being handled. They are trying to throw the issue out and blame others. Horrible customer service as noted by the user below, didn’t refund money for beauty products I purchased and SENT back to them! I received a run around answer for many weeks that someone will reach out to me they never did, how do u make a customer pay for products they don’t even have anymore and we’re sent to you, biggest scam of a company I’ve ever delt with. Worst company for customer service. You will never be able to get a hold of anyone. I have called and been on hold indefinitely. I’ve emailed twice. I ordered a product 20 days ago and have no idea when it’s coming. I’ve now been charged twice for the product and am currently trying to get a refund for at least one charge. Worst business ever. I have already made claims with BBB and FTC. Looks like I’m not the first.
