We were traveling back to Ohio from Montana and were excited to find a Giordano’s open late. We called ahead and realized that they weren’t going to be open as late as Google said they were. We were going to arrive right when the dining room closed at 10. After a brief conversation on the phone, they were more than willing to take our order over the phone, and let us come inside and eat. I never leave reviews but this place was bad both times. Went here a month ago and had to go get my own fork because they forgot to, food was ok. Visited again today, a Friday at 2pm, was the only customer in the whole restaurant. Guy that served me was rude, he was chatting with the chef then proceeded to attend me like he was in a rush. Salad tasted like rotten dog whiskers, lettuce definitely wasn't washed. Deep dish pizza was given maybe a few teaspoons of sauce, like 5 pounds of cheese also. Giordano's makes a great product consistently. While I carried out (from their Rockford, IL location), I still received great customer service and my pizza was excellent. I strongly recommend Giordanos for Great pizza.

Ok, service wise everyone was nice. We came in just before 5pm on a Monday. To rank the service with a low score on a Monday at that time… it probably wouldn’t be fair. The food though, the pizza was great. We got a deep dish Meat & More Meat, and a Chicken Sausage Deluxe. Both were cooked very well and tasted great! I would come back here again.
