Our server, Kim H., provided a level of service that fell well below what I would expect from a restaurant like Giordano’s. After being seated, it took an unreasonable amount of time just to receive waters, and our drinks didn’t arrive until roughly 30 minutes later. We then waited well over an hour for our food with absolutely no updates. I finally had to stop Kim and ask where our food was because no one had checked on us. Amazing food and was ready and fresh when I got there
The Chicago-style pizza is really good! Fast service, pleasant atmosphere, and great value for the money. No waiting at lunchtime. Definitely worth a visit.
