I had the absolute worst experience today and customer service from the Mokena location. I placed an order at 4:43 pm & was told that my order would be ready in one hour. I arrived at 5:45 pm and was told that there was no order there for me. Karen Sitarski confirmed that she remembered speaking with me to place the order and doesn’t know how my order didn’t get processed. Christopher was very attentive / made an excellent food and salad recommendation. He boxed my left overs and had a pleasant demeanor. It was an amazing dining experience. The world needs more servers like this!
Had a very good Italian beef sandwich at lunch a couple weeks ago. Beef tasty and tender. Today got one for dinner and the beef was tough, overcooked. Probably starts out fine, but they let it cook all day and it gets tough. Luckily the garlic parmesan fries were very good.
Giordanos mokena new tavern style is soooo good So thin and cracker crust We had a large all sausage and half with green peppers and mushrooms. The entire group loved this new pizza option
