I order 2 pizzas one with peperoni in Wich i got charged with but never got in the pizza even after I talked to waitress about it so I didn't tip because of it 👎
We've eaten inside, and ordered via Door dash a few times, and never been disappointed. The best part is, a manager recalled a previous order via Door dash was messed up per dasher, so he called to update us on the status... not once, but a few times. This is above and beyond! This is pristine customer service! Definitely 5 stars!
Called, told l have to order from the internet. Tried from the card in the motel, website says they don't deliver here. Such BS to get a pizza.
Great deep dish, nice place and people.
I am writing this review the next day to remove the emotions of the moment. My pizza was delivered 30 minutes late and was stone cold. The driver walked away from me as I was talking to him. When I called, the local Giordanos manager was very professional, apologetic, and refunded my money. He also explained that they use Uber Eats as their delivery service.
