If you plan of dining, I suggest call them ahead of time to cook your pizza at least within 45 minutes travel time. When you get to the restaurant, pizza is ready, no time wasted. Salad, drinks and appetizers come in less time even if you order them personally.
6 o’clock on a Friday with half the tables empty it takes the greeter over five minutes to come over to the front to tell us there’s an hour wait. Great business model.
Updated my review: Manager reached out and apologized. Very nice of him to do that. We went back a 3rd time and had a different waiter. Great service and as always amazing food. **** Service ⭐️ This is my 2nd time at this location. The hostess/waiter takes a while to seat you. Even though there is NO ONE at the location. Today, I told hostess/waiter we were ready to order when she sat us down. She sat us down and still did not take our order. 10 minutes passed and she still did not come out to take our order. Giordano's is always Giordano's...Great pizza. Nice atmosphere. A must stop every time you get down by Chicago. Service is usually quite good. Been going for years. The Kenosha branch has a new manager named Colleen, and she is a cut above. Very friendly, exceptional service, very much above and beyond. I wish her all the best in her new position here.
