CARDBOARD PIZZA!! – 1-9-11 Spinach pizza was burnt, hard as a rock and tasteless!! $21 bucks for a small pizza and the. manager responded like a jerk with zero customer assistance savvy! I'll never eat there again!

Nobody will take your order over the phone! – Nobody will take your order on the phone. As soon as they pick up the phone they put you on hold. Then they pick up the line 10 minutes later and ask if you can hold. I said no, I've been holding, can I please place an order and they just put you back on hold. What happened to Giordano's? – My girlfriend and I took her three children to Giordano's for some pizza. We called ahead at 6:30 and ordered two thin crust pizzas and were told that our pizzas would be ready at 7:00. Our pizzas arrived at 7:30, but not before the waiter got us to order cheese sticks. When the pizzas finally arrived, I asked the hostess why they took so long and she said they were holding the pizza until we had time to finish our cheese sticks. This is the best deep dish pizza in the world!!! there's a ton of cheese and an awesome sauce to top it off, the crust goes with it well. This is by far my favorite pizza to order

Had better pizza at Chuck E. Cheese. – Let me first say that I am a fan of Chicago pizza and, although there are much better options, I've liked Giordano's "Chicago Style" pizza in the past. However, their thin crust pizza maybe the worst pizza I have ever tasted. It doesn't even earn the required one star.....really. Not to mention, we paid $32 for two medium pizzas. Worst Customer Service – My family and I waited for an hour and a half only to be treated with the rudest customer service I've experienced. The hostesses were abhorently immature and foul and on top of it by the time we got seated and our food, it wasn't all that great. I'd have enjoyed Pizza Hut just as much or perhaps more seeing that I wouldn't have to deal with rudeness on top of it!
Finish Touch to A Wonderful Day in the City. – We came to the City for our Anniversary! My husband and I are very food picky...At Giordano's we were in heaven from the service to the fresh qualtiy and simply yummy stuffed pizza.
