Donna and her team are a pleasure to work with. I purchased a shade from her several years ago. She and her team are great with selection, installation and follow up; and I've been very happy. Recently she has helped me with a major shade issue with a shade that had been purchased from another company. Donna and her team are responsive and efficient. I highly recommend Giordano.
I spoke with the owner of this company last week and had a detailed conversation about my window treatment needs. A consultation was scheduled for Tuesday, July 29th. Unfortunately, no one showed up or reached out. I waited the entire evening, unable to make other plans, and followed up multiple times through calls and text with no response. Donna Giordono and her team installed motorized shades for us on a large divided window 3 years ago. They were professional and efficient. We’ve been very pleased with the results. Recently there was a glitch with one shade and Donna responded immediately to resolve the problem. It’s great knowing that there is always help if needed.
I am in love with my window treatments from Donna! Such amazing craftsmanship and skill. Donna's attention to detail is fantastic - and she truly overdelivered on what I was envision for in our drapes and cafe curtains. They turned out better than I could have imagined! We recently had drapes and shades replaced in our living room and foyer. Leslie, our designer, made several house calls to guide and counsel us through the selection of the hardware, drapes, and shades. Leslie understood our needs and quickly lead us to pertinent samples.
