As a long time customer I can NOT believe the experience I just had. I order a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, waited over an hour for delivery ( not even two miles from this location) for it to arrive cold. When I called in the person who answered proceeded to ARGUE with about being rather than offering making the situation better. The WORST customer service by far. Every Gionino's seems to have great food except for the Brimfield/Kent location. Pizza, fried chicken and JoJos burnt beyond recognition and unfortunately not just once so we will not be ordering from there ever again
