Best pizza and chicken around.
Very disappointed. We normally order from Bedford location but this time we ordered Solon the pizza didn't look anything like what we normally get. I brought it up and they just looked at me and hunched the shoulders didn't try to explain or make it right

They made sure my order was exact! and even bought it to me! I come to Solon from Cleveland because they. ever disappoint!
I ordered a pizza and waited an hour and a half. When I called in. I was told that the pizza was on the way which it wasn't. I spoke to the manager and she ended up hanging up on me, which is really unprofessional. I had to end up canceling the order because she couldn't give me a specific time of when it would be delivered. I've had this happen in many instances with Giannino's in certain locations.
