I ordered a pizza and waited an hour and a half. When I called in. I was told that the pizza was on the way which it wasn't. I spoke to the manager and she ended up hanging up on me, which is really unprofessional. I had to end up canceling the order because she couldn't give me a specific time of when it would be delivered. I've had this happen in many instances with Giannino's in certain locations. Called to order food for our dealership, ordered from them previously, but the employee/owner decided on behalf of Gionino's in Solon that they didn't want to do business with us, will never ever call this place again, don't let employees make a decision that only the owner should make, deterring business, great concept folks, steer clear of these kids running a pizza shop....
