After being told by several jewelers in Naples it would take a week to ten days to repair the shank of my ring, as well as resizing it, I decided to pop in to Gio Jewelry repair, since I was in the area. I was instantly greeted & told he could have the repair done in 15-20 minutes! When I returned in 20 minutes, my ring was fixed, fit perfectly & looked like new! Gio Jewelry will definitely be my go to place for any future jewelry repairs! The price was also very reasonable!

I had a great jewelry repair experience while I waited at Gio! They were very customer focused and efficient…and had fair prices. I brought in two items, a necklace needing a new clasp and a ring that needed a small missing diamond in the band replaced. For both repairs, it was a bit more than half what others had quoted. I have another piece needing repair so will be going back soon. Highly recommend this shop for repairs and a nice selection of jewelry. Thank you!
