They’ll make the delivery…..but they will also leave you the wooden pallet for you to either chainsaw it or beat it until it breaks. Set it on fire? I don’t know how else they expect a homeowner without a commercial trash compactor to get rid of a large pallet.

Was called to schedule delivery was told I had to be home from 8am-5pm. Took off from work to wait around all day. Called at 3pm to confirm I was told it would be here 4pm-6pm. Driver calls me at 5pm stating he would not be coming. Contacted customer service manager name was Mike provide no solution or compensation for my vacation time used today. Horrible customer service.

A couple months ago my father had a delivery they use gio express..Dennis was one of the drivers he went above and beyond the kid had a smile on his face and was respectful well mannered reallyyyy good attention to detail reorganized my fathers garage to make room for the delivery Dennis definitely gave this company the best reputation would most certainly use GIO express again.

The worst customer service possible. Lies about when your package will be delivered, can’t get in contact with their own workers to find out when it might be delivered. And lets perishable products spoil in transit. Order number 672675 was received days ago and has not been delivered. Was constantly lied to over the phone and then hung up on. Hope they have good insurance because my package they either lost or stole was very expensive.
