I wouldn't even give a 1 star review but then I can't leave my bad review. Let's start off. If you have ANXIETY don't go here! They think it's a joke. Maria is the worst. She has absolutely no compassion & is extremely rude. I missed an appointment & she said "I'm not booking you an appointment ahead of time" meanwhile I told her I was in pain. This practice is truly amazing! Diana and Maria at the front desk get to know you personally and are incredibly accommodating. They always make my day brighter! Regina is a phenomenal hygienist- I look forward to seeing her! Lastly, Dr. Xu is exceptional. He is always on time, gentle with every procedure and communicates clearly with his patients. He is very knowledgeable and always answers my questions. You will not be disappointed with this practice!

I have never written a review ever so for me to be submitting a review, let alone a bad one, is of out of character. I want to share my experience to warn others if they have or plan on using Gio Dental. I have been going to Gio dental for over 2 years and most of the time it has been pleasant. The front desk is very nice, accommodating and the male dentist I used to use was good. I recently went in for a regular cleaning ( with this new dentist) and was told I have ZERO cavities.
