Living at Gio for almost 2 years and it’s been a great experience. The location is great and the apartment complex is very secure. I really enjoy the amenities, the gym is big and has everything you need. The pool area is amazing and the sky lounge is a good addition if you need extra space to study, work or relax. Everyone that works in the building is nice and very friendly. Ina, Jodi and Alex are so helpful and quickly respond. Living here has been genuinely special. It's rare to find a place that's this well-kept, secure, and actually run by people who know me by name. A few people deserve specific shoutouts: Ina, Jodi, and Alex in the front office are incredibly responsive and friendly. I actually enjoy stopping by their office because they make a real effort to connect with every tenant.
