My boyfriend gifted me a solid gold anklet from here for our anniversary, and it broke within minutes of wearing it -- I never even got to wear it outside. We brought it back to the store to be fixed, and the next time I wore it it also broke, but this time in the street as I was wearing it out, so I've of course lost it. I had a terrible experience at this store due to the owner’s rude behavior and poor customer service. I first saw the bracelet I purchased during the Boxing Day sale and was given the wrong discount end date by the saleswoman, which led me to buy it later at full price. When I decided to return it—having found a better bracelet elsewhere—the owner interrogated me, asking invasive questions about my reasons and even demanding to see the other bracelet. N'achetez jamais ici le pire service, ils m'ont volé mon argent et m'ont donné un accessoire endommagé ils ne voulaient pas le changer et il avait une garantie de 3 mois cette entreprise m'a volé 270 dollars, ne dépensez pas votre argent pour ces voleurs
