Edit: Sept 2025 Not sure what has happened, but the last two visits the sushi was not up to par. The first time it happened we were told they had a new sushi chef. So, we figured that was who made ours and perhaps he was just learning the ropes or something. We went back another time after this and the sushi had absolutely no flavor. We think someone forgot the rice wine in the rice. As we were leaving we wanted to mention this but not a single employee was in the front of the house. An Amazing First Experience! Food and Service Were Top-Notch. My visit to Ginza Japanese Steakhouse was absolutely incredible! The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. What truly made our night unforgettable was our server, Shawn. Since it was our first time dining here, he took the time to give us a very detailed introduction to the menu.
