Great Cooking experience and environment. Remember this is a communal eating experience.
Like an a hole i arrived here at 9:15. I was going to leave when I saw they closed at 9:30 but they were very gracious and took my order anyway. The guy making the sushi rolls even gave me alot of extra wasabi. I love wasabi. Many places would have told me sorry we are closing or been pissed off about such a late order. Ginza however did their job with a smile.
