Went there holiday season
This place was by far one the best options for a Chinese Buffet. If you are debating Dynasty or here dont waste another minute and just head to Ginza. My only complaint is that with all the variety of food I could not sample everything! Hot food is hot and the sushi was cold and fresh. Went for lunch and all for only $15 plus tip or drink. They even have a separate soup bar!
