I wouldn't even give them a one star but that's the lowest they would let me go lol. Supposed to fix reverse on my bike and only put a cranking switch on. Charged $1200. Parts were only $305 labor was $945. A little crazy to pay that and the bike still doesn't go in reverse. Wouldn't recommend definitely money hungry....
I rarely take time to write reviews, typically because I just move on after run of the mill service, or just cut my losses after a bad experience and hope others have a better one. UNLESS, the service tips the scales either direction in a big way. GIVE THESE GUYS A TRY! If you’re tired of spending top dollar to be treated like you are just another transaction GO HERE. They did a great job helping me get an older bike that my dad left me back on the road. I really appreciated the patience they had with me and the information they shared. I will definitely go back for anything else I need.
Ginz has taken excellent care of both of my bikes! From oil changes to entire custom builds, this the the place to go for solid reliable work. Communication has been great, with quick turn around on each project. I wouldn't trust my bikes with anyone else.
**BUYER BEWARE**Worst experience I have ever had at a shop. Dropped my bike off with them last August, it’s still not finished. I had to fire these guys, and take to a new shop due to complete incompetence. They broke my primary cover, somehow managed to knock a golf ball sized hole in it. Owner tried to replace with cheap vtwin part rather than HD. To top it off, my bike is gloss black. Owner kindly bought me a matte black cover to fix their mistake. The owner waited 2 months to even tell me his mechanic hadn’t been to work... read more
