Gary and Brian did a fantastic job replacing the floor screen on my 10x20 3 yr old deck. The old under screen was torn, infiltrated with bugs and had tons of pollen packed between floorboards. The guys were professional, thorough and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. I met the owner of Ginter Services, Chad, at my home for him to complete an estimate for several home remodeling jobs. Chad was professional and seemed to be a good guy. To be fair to this business, I did NOT do business with Ginter Services. From talking to him, it seemed he was a knowledgeable contractor. I am reviewing this business with a lower rating because I do not agree with the practice of charging a $50 fee for showing up for a few minutes to provide a quote. Justin and Chu did an outstanding job repairing the water damage to our Powder Room ceiling from an upstairs leak. Their work was outstanding! They re-taped, mudded, finished, primed and painted the damaged area, finished it in one day and the results were perfect! We are believers and are looking forward to their return for the next project that we have already booked. Recommended without reservation!
