Poor communication. Charged for wellness visit for pre surgical teeth cleaning. Asked to speak to the Dr and they said she is in emergency with another dog. When I took my dog in for her cleaning appt was made to sign contract saying they could extract teeth. I said what teeth .vet tech did not know. Was not communicated to me ahead of time that my dog needed teeth removed. Dr called after her examination before the surgery and she said I need to remove 5 teeth. I said I wasn't prepared for this. This place is a joke,They woouldnt see my male cat Tanner because I didnt have a copy of his vaccine history but he is vaccinated.They are crooks and hateful staff dteer far away from this rinky dinky vet clinic
First time at this clinic with my dog. He was treated very well. Discussed flea and tick meds as we live in the country. Exam and testing were done at great prices. Will tell other animal lovers about this office.
