Difficult to deal with, get everything in writing – I was involved in a rental contract that dissolved with Alan of the Ginsberg group. I contacted him multiple times to smooth the situation. He verbally agreed multiple times to split the check and send it to the two separate renters. The next week he sent the check to a single renter.
