The doctor who removed my kidney stone in the hospital does not work with my health insurance. I was referred to Dr. Ginsberg. Dr. Ginsberg's office called me and scheduled the appointment for me! I didn't have to do anything but show up. Upon showing up, they got me in almost immediately. Dr Ginsberg recommended i get an x ray prior to making any decisions. Went and got x ray and was rescheduled the next day. Dr Removed stent pain free although I was freaked out. Life saver! Thank you!!!!
I was hesitant to call Dr. Ginsberg's office due to the negative reviews. How wrong they were. I called on a Monday morning at 9am and was greeted on the phone by a very pleasant receptionist on the other end. I explained my case and she was able to get me an appt. at 10:45am that day. That is quick and friendly service. The doctor was very receptive to my needs and assured me that he would help me and explained the situation in depth. Don't let one bad apple ruin your decision.
I felt like I wasn't a patient,felt like a number the doctor wasn't sensitive to my needs.... there's a staff member there that answers the phone and I had to deal with her every time I called it's like she's the only employee there she's rude and very short with you,as if you're bothering her. I do not recommend this doctor or the one particular employee I mentioned. I found another Urologist.
I would highly recommend Dr Ginsberg he took time to explain everything. I really do not like doctors but I do like Dr Ginsberg His office staff is very friendly
