As the owner of this business I am bothered by a poor review but the above poor review is by someone who refused to pay to diagnose their vehicle. I have pondered if I should and how to respond. The only way I know how to is to say we believe in giving our customers the best service possible but some people will never be satisfied. Please give us a try and judge for yourself!
EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Great Honest Employees too :) – Gins auto service REALLY helped me in a bind I drove all the way from Los Angeles this Thanksgiving and ran into some issues. I arrived in grass valley, my axle boot was torn, no grease and it just started grinding. The Day after Thanksgiving i called up gin and she gave me a quote over the phone. Not even worth a star – The only reason there is a star is because it was required to submit this review. They misdiagnosed a problem on my vehicla and when I returned they wanted to charge again to rediagnose the problem. I was quoted more than $1,000.00 more than the cost to fix the diagnosed problem at another mechanie.. This was a problem that I had been having and talking to them about for ovver a year.
