I went to the store and bought some braiding hair for my boho style, but the curls didn’t match what I needed. I didn’t even go home—I went straight to the Naples location by Key Food to see if they could help me. I was hoping to exchange the hair, but they didn’t have the color I was looking for. I left the hair at the store, thinking maybe they could order the right one for me, but they told me they couldn’t. I entered GINS BEAUTY in a desperate need for an additional pack of “jet black 20 inches” tape-ins. The cashier informed me that she only had 18 inches available. I assured her that I would make it work. The total amount was $95.00. However, when I received my hair, it was not jet black as I had requested.
