Food has always been good, but this review is for the worst customer service I've ever had. I ordered several items online for delivery (confirmation #39). It was promised to be delivered by 5:40 p.m. I received a phone call at 6:03 saying that the delivery driver was lost and that I would not be receiving any food at all. I asked to speak with the manager and she said the same thing - I wouldn't be receiving any food at all because they were too busy.
