Dry pizza and Poor customer service Had pizza delivered or was dry and hard was told would not delivered new pizza. I had to drive to have replaced. They refused to replace the one pizza because we had taken 3 slices. I aaked to replace without the 3 spices they decided and didnt wan't too replace the untouched pizza until i insisted. The man argued the whole time. Bad service
When I had called to place an order for delivery I'm guessing the person that answered the phone had trouble understanding what was being said and then hung up the phone on me. I called back and someone else answered the phone and said that it was his boss that hung up the phone because he got nervous. The way he made it seem like it was ok and no apology.
I LOVE the fact that Gino's is a NO pork store. The food is great, the prices are reasonable and the employees are awesome!
