Was driving through NC for business. Fell for the authentic "Gino's Pizza" name. Place thinks they're an Italian NY pizzeria but they're the furthest thing from Italian or NY. (Written by native NYer)

Must have changed owners. Not the same anymore. Service is horrible.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this pizza location for over 10 years, but unfortunately, I will no longer be ordering from here. It seems like there has been a change in ownership or management, and the quality of service has drastically declined. The staff is consistently rude. I’ve tried calling in orders multiple times, only to have the phone hung up on me.
