Very professional.
Bad service. I know they were good service before now they are so bad. The day I pick up my car, my car had a flat battery so can’t start it on. I complained it. Then the mechanic said he had to keep charging the battery while he fixing my car. Why? Why can’t change battery? I haven’t got any call from them until the day I pick up about battery issue. Then the mechanic said I need to pay extra for changing battery. I called RAC after then they fix the battery with no extra fee.
Money comes first not people. Asked my son to leave after a year because he did not tell his boss that he was taking leave (this is after he gave a months notice). Told to get his priorities right works first not helping your parents move. Told to drink his medication because it affects how his brains works ADHD. Very sad to this behaviour in Australia.
Warning to 4wd owners and single mothers! Thought I would put a warning message to the 4wd community. I had my ute in at the panel beaters Gino's Panel and Paint in freo. I paid them to service it while it was in. They said they serviced and aligned the vehicle. It felt super off when I picked it up, so I took it straight to a trusted mechanic (big thank you to Auto Masters Bassendean for taking care of me as they always have).
