Referred by RAC following a rear collision. Despite a long wait for parts which was expected the service was excellent and communication clear, I was provided with a hire car for an extended period of time (3 weeks) and was able to pick my car up while temporarily it was still awaiting a few cosmetic components. Was a quick 1 day (hire car also provided) job once those parts were received. Received car back looking like it had been cleaned and care taken with it, overall I’m very happy with my experience
Great, friendly and professional staff. RAC sent my car to Gino's to fix one of the rear doors. When I picked it up, I found the job to be not well finished so I brought the car back. A member of the team (Dean I believe) instantly acknowledged that it was not finished correctly and offered to take the car back. I just picked up the car again and am now very happy with the quality of the repair.
Great service and very efficient. I took my car in for repair Thursday and it was ready by the following Tuesday. The repairs were completed to a great standard and communication throughout was good. Thank you!
