Absolutely useless. Booked through RAC Gino offered a rental car for the 3 days to repair a minor dent in the plastic front bumper. When I went to pick up car at Budget, my name was not on the list and I was told I had to wait 4 hrs for approval. Called Gino management who said I didn’t book the rental car even after I said I did and had their glossy pamphlet confirming. Administration mistake cost me all my morning and other inconveniences for my family. I canceled the repair, got my car back and organised another local rep... read more
