Don't take your car here. Pathetic panel beaters. Picked my car up to find scratches and a dent that was not there when I dropped it off. It's now had to go back in to fix the mistakes THEY made 3 times and it comes out with new problems everytime! Reece the manager is rude and can't do his job they lost one of my badges and tried to replace it with the wrong one stating they couldn't find the right one. Outstanding experience at Gino's with the recent repairs to my vehicle. A very friendly and professional approach from all the staff I dealt with. Communication was excellent, I was well informed throughout the entire process. I was delighted with the quality of the repairs, and my vehicle was returned in pristine condition. Would thoroughly recommend Gino's.
Not Happy at all, seen the shortcuts taken and still not happy with the end result.They scratched my existing cover to try blend in with the old one.After I complained they changed the one that was supposed to be replaced from the start but I still got scratched cover next to it, just to mention one of the few flaws.
It seems obvious this company is taking on too much work. Going close to 4 months (April first took car in, July picked up) to get a repair done! 1 whole month delay due to ‘a new employee forgot to order the parts for your repair’. Receptionists rude as a default. Not a good experience.
I did not like the service at Gino’s Panel and Paint, there was a bit of miscommunication at the start due to RAC and them selecting Gino’s as my repairer. I did want to choose a reliable repairer for how relatively new my car is! Additionally, I wanted somewhere closer to home as well. I called RAC before I took my car to Gino’s for an evaluation to remove them as my provider, I also let the receptionist know at Gino’s that, that was the case.
