This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've had at a business. We drove 30 minutes from Missouri city only to be told that Saturdays are reservation-only, despite there being several empty tables available. There was no signage and nothing on the website mentioning this policy, so there was no way for us to know ahead of time. What made the situation even more insulting was how it was handled. Ginos not only has the best authentic Italian food but it feels like home when you eat there. It’s family owned and you feel like part of the family. Great food and even better people!

My service was not very good. In fact I left without eating during this particular visit. I was seated and did not even have a waiter or waitress come to even greet me, or ask for a drink or even a meal. In fact the waiter and waitress staffed both walked past my table 30 times attending to the tables next to me and did not a single time come to realize I was newly seated. Very disappointed! We have been going here since they opened. The last 2 times they wouldn’t seat us because the whole restaurant on a Saturday night was reserved. Piss on them….Ill go some where better
