***Beware.***Had Gino install a new, complete tear-off, flat roof in September of 2021. Fast forward to early 2024 and I'm getting water stains on the ceiling of the 2nd floor. Called Gino and he came over to assess the situation. Without even going on to the roof to look, he insisted that the water was coming from chimney and was going to be $2900 to flash around the chimney.
