Do not recommend working with Ginocchio. They don’t answer or return calls or emails and have left me in the middle of a project multiple times. Couldn’t get their help in closing an electrical inspection, and can’t get them back to fix my generator after finishing and saying “we’ll come back with the part we need” Far too unreliable, don’t work with them. Go with berlinghoff or mike at Current Electric who act like they want your business.
Didn’t show for appointment (8-4 window) until I called that evening. Blamed me for their busy day. Tech arrived @ 5:30pm, no problems. But now when call for follow-up service it’s been no-shows, no calls, then ghosted entirely.
Didn't show up the morning of our appointment, ghosted us afterwards.
Expert service, prompt response. Highly recommended.
