Amazing people, very good customer service and food, server was very welcoming and offered many refills on drinks.
Food was ok service ok. Food wasn't hot
We were staying at the attached hotel Harbor Shores. We had a 3-4 hour drive and were starving. The smell was intoxicating, so we went in. Waitress greeted us nicely. Not many patrons on a Thursday night, that should have been the tipoff lol. The pizza is priced very high. The build your own especially doesn’t seem right. It’s as high as the specialty pizzas. Went here with my dad as he had a solid experience in 2021 with their pastas when he stayed at the attached hotel. Unfortunately it seems like they are now heavily relying on food premade ahead of time or brought in entirely. I had their penne with marinara and meat balls and the penne was over cooked almost to the point of disintegrating, the marinara seemed like a jarred pizza sauce, the meatballs were cold, dry, bland, and seemed like what I would expect from premade food brought in by a distributor like Sysco.
