I've been going to Mercadante's office for over a decade and find them incredibly competent. Jessica, my NP is the best. I've seen a few other folks there as well when she's been unavailable and they were also good. As far as the folks at the front desk are concerned, I've had no problems, but I will tell you, they are extremely busy and I'm sure they are under a lot of stress. I recently visited Dr.Gino Mercadantes office and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time, which was frustrating, especially when I had made arrangements to be there on time. When I finally saw the doctor, I felt rushed through the appointment. It seemed like they were more focused on checking boxes than actually addressing my concerns. Was a patient for years and hadn't gone in awhile so when I did call for appointment was told I was considered a new patient and they weren't taking new patients. Then finally did get an appointment and had to cancel because I had Covid. When I called back I was told I no showed and they would not take me back. I had called a left a voicemail to cancel but they wouldn't hear me out. Office staff were rude!

I have been going to Dr Gino mercante and Dr Harris for several years it has been a while since I've seen Dr Gino mercadante but I do see his staff and I will say the office the girls there's a few new ones couple old ones but they're always very professional and if I have a urgent situation they have always found time to fit me in thank you so much Dr Gino and young ladies thank you so much for all your help
