Repulsive and rude, gave me attitude, did not feel well after, wanted to cry, felt sad inside. Arrogant and so full of himself and put me down many times. Charges 45, to pay in cash only. Told me to come when water was out of service, did not let me know so I would have came later, wanted money and his behavior was very despicable, shouts at my face and points his finger to shut me up when I wanted to know if he cut the other side in the back hair as many times before he left it peculiarly longer.
