What a joke! Was headed home 2 Parkersburg, we don't have Gino's there. Was so looking forward to the food. My order was screwed up.....they totally forgot about my friends sandwich. Will never go back!!!
Food is fantastic. Everything they have it great. Delivery is fast. The only negative I have is they Do Not take credit card for delivery. Do they not know it is 2015 and not 1915. They need to get up to date
Horrible customer service, very rude! ONLY in business because the food is good.
When I had called to place an order for delivery I'm guessing the person that answered the phone had trouble understanding what was being said and then hung up the phone on me. I called back and someone else answered the phone and said that it was his boss that hung up the phone because he got nervous. The way he made it seem like it was ok and no apology.
Some times good, some times it gets lost.
I just picked up a quick dinner and when I got home one of the orders was incorrect I called and they said no problem that they would make it correctly. I picked it up and it was burnt and barely edible. I won't be doing this again any time soon.
I love them order at least 1 time a week if not more!! Every time the service and quality and food is AMAZING! I could not think of 1 bad thing to say! I love this one.. but I will not order from another one.. I think the woman who posted in 2013 ordered from a different one! I know so many people that go here because of how good there food is that to see something bad is unbelievable!!!! I LOVE THIS GINO'S!!!!!
In town for business at my hotel room hungry I called I was happy that they delivered the presentation of my food was not what I expected I ordered the pub which which was very disgusting the wings had no sauce and I received 3 have stocks of celery I was very disappointed for $22 I will not order from them again
Gino's pizza in South Charleston is a very good place to eat The family that runs it are a very good Christian family I suggest their famous Pub which a cozy family atmosphere the owners glen and Yvonne are down to earth people If you like good food and a good atmosphere i would suggest to go to Gino's in South Charleston
