Specialties Serving WNY since 1981! History Established in 1981. Bill and Ginny Schaffstall catered their first party back in 1980. They volunteered to provide the food for a sports banquet at their son's elementary school. Although it was a simple menu of a few side dishes along with Ginny's famous pasta in red sauce, it knocked everybody socks off. Cant give 0 stars, which is what they deserve. Not as easy as 1,2,3 like they say. They were hired to cater a wedding on Sat 6-15 and they never showed. No call, no show, no nothing! Absolutely pathetic.

Had Ginny's Catering for a wedding party and everything was amazing. Everything was delivered, set up professionally and tasted AMAZING!!! The prices are outstanding. Highly, highly recommend!!!
