Specialties Serving WNY since 1981! History Established in 1981. Bill and Ginny Schaffstall catered their first party back in 1980. They volunteered to provide the food for a sports banquet at their son's elementary school. Although it was a simple menu of a few side dishes along with Ginny's famous pasta in red sauce, it knocked everybody socks off.
