Use her if you want a property manager that is not going to reply to the tenants in a timely manner. She never picks up her phone, only deals through email. I had a problem with air conditioning in the place I was renting that she manages. Took her two weeks to finally get back to me and get air conditioning repairman over the unit. There’s no shortage of realtors/property managers in Miami, I would look elsewhere.
