We had a very disappointing experience renting Ginnas property. Throughout our tenancy, communication often felt condescending and unnecessarily rude. Before move-out, we made efforts to comply with requests and purchased replacement items she specifically asked for, (and beyond) based on her representation that our security deposit would be returned.
