Ordered as it was super close to work and able to pick up on the way home. Had the General tso's chicken came w a side of white rice. (No veggies in it what so ever. No onion, red pepper, or carrots which we thought was odd) Not very spicy, and although the chicken was cooked well, the breading was very "cakey" not crispy, and the sauce felt off like it was missing something. The closed ended egg rolls were 7/10.
Ordered for the first time today. Stopped in because it was on the way home, 25 minutes away. The dishes were very generous, and still hot when I got home!! Food was very good & the people there very friendly. They even threw in a surprise dish for me to try. Ordered dinner for 4 (easily would feed 6 or 7 adults) crispy beef and got to try chicken wings!! Very pleased, as we have do not have any good chinese restaurants in Russell anymore.
In my lifetime i must of ordered over a thousand times from ginkgo garden & did not ever think of leaving a review until today. Great fast service & delevery, huge portions and a good price point. Highly reccomended!
DONT DO IT
Everything we have ordered has been delicious and fresh! We’ve order from ginkgo a few times in the past and every time the food has been exceptional. Our favourites are the egg rolls, ginger beef, sesame chicken and the Cantonese chow mien. They even made sure that with our free fried rice to accommodate our food allergies without us having to ask. We will continue to order from here and tell all our family and friends! Thanks Gingko
