Ordered flowers on a Friday morning to be delivered Friday as advertised, didn't get delivered until later Monday. I was told they "had a reduction in staff". Staff told me there was no assistant or manager for the gift shop. There would be no refund given even though wasn't delivered while my mother was in ICU. From now on, I will make sure to use a reputable local florist.
Nice atmosphere albeit a little crowded.
