Ive been with gingr four years now. They are always working to add new features or better them and accept feedback and ideas from customers. Like all tech support, it does take time to analyze and fix the problem but it does get done. They communicate very well on finding the issue and helping me avoid it in the future. My staff thinks the software is very user-friendly and the pet portal app is very convenient and I have a lot of clients that book in the night and I wake up to a lot of request.

NEW---------------------------------------------------------------- 3.26.26: Now 15 day ago Gingr received a email support request over a $6,000+ discrepancy in the what Gingr has paid our company. Gingr's own reports show that since September when we came on board our business appears to have been short paid when compared to Gingr's own reports on our reported earnings net of fees and refunds. At this point, I’m not sure if Gingr is a software company or a social experiment to see what customers will put up with before exploding. This place has been on a steady downhill slide for the last three years. Support is basically a myth, and they can’t push out an update without breaking three other things. Gingr has been a huge help for us at What's Up Dawg! daycare and boarding facility. It keeps everything in one place from bookings to customer information and makes our day to day much easier to manage. There's definitely a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's a game changer. Their support team has been great anytime we've needed help. We're really glad we chose Gingr!
