I have used Gingr for our business since 2022. The transition was amazing and everything worked great for the first 3 years. Unfortunately the last 12 months has been a nightmare. I have continuously had issues with my lodging calendar and the “fix” never “fixes” it for long. This has been annoying but I can manage around it. The biggest issue started 2.5 months ago. I have used gingr in the past and was happy to leave to for petexec. We were happily using pet exec, credit card processing fees were reasonable, customer service was reachable, It hooked up with our accounting software quick books. Then gingr purchased petexec and forced us to transition back to them. Impossible to get in touch with customer service. Endless wait times on the phone and then they hang up on you and don’t call back. Vague answers by email, and no call back when requested. Do NOT do business with them.

The worst software support experience we've ever had. I have never left a review like this before, but after more than a month of dealing with this situation with Gingr, enough is enough. We are a large grooming salon with over 6,000 clients and 12–14 stylists and support staff. Since June 17 (today is July 15), the software has become almost unusable.
